All orders from Katarina Jewelry are shipped mostly via UPS. Shipments are fully insured, packed and checked before shipped to you.

A signature is required upon arrival.

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order has been shipped. This gives you the ability to track your order by clicking on the link provided or by logging on to the appropriate carriers site and entering the tracking number provided in the email.

International Shipments:

Shipping charges will be applicable for all International Shipments. The shipping cost will not be refunded in case of of any Returns or Exchange.

Katarina Jewelry reserves the righs to charge the customer for return shipping under following circumstances:

If an order is returned by the shipping carrier to us as "Undeliverable"
If the Recipient refuses to accept the package for any reason.

Katarina Jewelry Tax Information

We are required to collect sales tax to all New York State shipments. Sales Tax is calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts.

International Tax & Duties:

International customers are liable for any Customs Tax or Duties. The customer must pay additional charges for customs clearance if any. Katarina Jewelry has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
